Matthew Tuton - Personal Trainer

Hello, I’m Matthew Tuton.

I am a Personal Trainer here at Anytime Fitness Burpengary!

I have been in the fitness industry for over four years. I started off working on the Princess Cruise Lines where I was doing a number of classes from Spin, Bootcamps, Yoga and Pilates, Personal Training, and Health Seminars. Training individuals from around the world has given me the knowledge & practical experience to see how people adapt to different training stimuli to give them the best results in every given lifestyle.

From there I joined the Anytime Fitness Team to be able to change peoples lifestyles and improve quality of life. Being a part of someoneโ€™s life when it changes for the better is why I am in the fitness industry and why I work hard to improve on my knowledge to give you the best tools to set yourself up for success.

Not only on a theoretical level but also on a practical level, being trained by some of the best strength coaches, exercise scientists and exercise physiologists in Australia and overseas. This gives myself the understanding of knowing how to feel in a session, how to organise my lifestyle to fit in my training days with a coach, find the perfect balance of sessions and personal lifestyle, and ultimately having that respect for each coach knowing how hard they work behind the scenes.

Apart from training people from around the world & all walks of life, I have trained athletes from Basketball, Soccer and Rugby League, Rehabilitated ex-Army, Mobility & Strength training in older population, and Weight Loss, Strength & Mass Gain for the general Public.

My passion is sharing my knowledge while training individuals to get them to where they aspire to be.

  • Advanced Senior First Aider & CPR
  • Army First Aider
  • Blue Card (coaching under 18โ€™s)
